@casedatabase 'healthy' is not about only food that is deemed 'good' and avoiding everything else, healthy is finding balance between food that makes your body and mind feel good, so leaves u mentally satisfied without depriving yourself - and adding nutella is healthier than not eating at all

"skinny to strong" is so wrong and so harmful, there is nothing wrong with not exercising, no strength training or no pilates, etc etc even after recovery if you don't feel like it!!! 🤞
