my big drops in wl are usually when i do a 24-36 hr fast, then typically omad or 2mad small things (just enough so that i’m not hungry therefore i don’t binge, bananas or almonds r my faves) and i typically don’t eat after 7 :)))
ok no this pisses me off the reason why afab have that extra “pouch” of fat is to protect the uterus. it’s to PROTECT YOURSELF. sure, having a flat stomach is awesome and amazing but by doing that you are making urself vulnerable
i think i got a point off for ana bc i havent lost over 15lbs in the past three months BRO I RELAPSED A YR AGO AND IM ALREADY SMALL THATS REALLY HARD LOL also i am def not bulimic i dont think this test is v accurate 😭😭

the second pic is from january! i did a cal deficit for a while but it just wasn’t working for me (i felt like the cal limit was a goal not a limit) so recently i’ve stopped counting calories. i noticed that my big WL drops are after i fast, letting my stomach get smaller=fuller
