Breaking news: due to the corona virus , our Monday night hockey from 9-10 will not be allowing spectators. So those 3 guys who watch for 5 min before their game in the other rink will have to find something else to do. Not taking any risks.

I did it. I F**KING did it! When I played hockey I weighed 185. Finished playing at 25. The weight crept up. in 2018 I was 216lb and felt like shit. Dec 31/21 I was 203 lbs. Small goals were made and they were hit. Today Mar 1/22, 41yo me stepped on scale and saw this.

Appreciation post - 20 game season 7 playoff & 4 tourneys (ott pem bville and pet) my 75 yr old dad who lives 1.5hr drive away missed 5 reg season games 2 playoff & 1 tourney (Pet). Liam had no bigger fan in the rink this season, & I got to spend time with my dad. Thanks dad ❤️

When a team beats you 11-0 and 9-0 during pre season games, they beat you 4-1 in their rink and then you tie them 3-3 in yours…that is a small victory for a group of 9 yr old kids who have worked so hard and come such a long way in a short time. What a morning. Let’s Go Grads!
