The CCIM portfolio submission requires at least 45 documents including notaries and affidavits and then a review process. Even case studies on each transaction. Not a bad thing to get in the 6% club but I've never heard anyone mention this in CCIM reviews🤣. It's quite extensive.

I had an office tour in MD and every broker was calling to say "are we still on?". Considering they were traveling from Houston yes, for an inch of snow we are still on. One had the property manager go in her place. Gym closed, schools closed, meetings cancelled. haha
