Hot take I'm glad managers especially need to be 18+ for RLCS coaches less so but not against it. I think it's probably one of the best changes to come from this announcement. We shouldn't have 15/16 year olds "managing" any kind of professional team.

After APAC, SAM, OCE, MENA have reached top 16 we have 0 non MENA teams in MENA 0 non OCE teams in OCE 1 non APAC team in APAC 7 non SSA teams in SSA I'm assuming there will be only SAM teams making SAM top 16 but certainly really sad to see this for SSA.
