Went to a chiropractor for the first time today

So you sprained you ankle. Now what? This thread will be your guide to ACUTE management of your ankle. The first step is to rule out a fracture. I'll recommend the Ottowa ankle rules as this will be a fine starting point.
2. Reverse clamshell
Lay on your side with a towel or pillow between your knees
Rotate the top leg towards the bottom leg. The top foot should go towards the ceiling

Here are four hip exercises that can help improve strength, decrease tightness, and reduce pain.
4. Prone hip internal rotation
Lay face down with a ball or towel between the knees to keep the hips neutral
Rotate the knees together so the feet fall away from body
Can also add an ankle weight to apply more overpressure
