@abx_bakr My teachers say: “Completing the madrassah only makes you a student” and I love that. I would personally not want to burden myself with the responsibility of being an aa’lim or being called knowledgeable أعوذباللہ . With great knowledge comes great responsibility.

since last year, I have developed this strange habit of sleeping on the floor with a little blanket on it. Last year, I was reading the seerah and just happened to sleep one day right here like this. It continued until winters ended. A cozy little, confined place.

The ayah where Allah swt gives the option to the wives of the Prophet ﷺ the option to leave or stay with the Prophet, there is a grammatical point that Baydawi رحمة الله explains which changes the meaning of the ayah completely and the (mis) translations I have seen /1
