So this problem was self made. Tesla traced it back to police equipment BUT not the standard police equipment we bought Amazon light replace the reflector in the back and that’s what was causing the problem. Not Tesla

@POLICEINFLA Well we have not had any battery failures in the years we have been using them and yes we have charging on station and we charge when we have time otherwise they will last the whole 12 hour shift
