@Dxnixlrun @twtjogging Intermittent fasting is not something new, however I’m suspect of how he cramp 1500calories into one meal and not under or overeat it. Burning 2500cal a day, assuming all active calorie is excessive, likely underestimation. 2500cal is as good as one full marathon.
