when i plan something, i instantly Dread it. why? it could be the most innocuous thing in the world, things i enjoy doing. i like badminton, but planning it makes me dread going to badminton. ??? as i wrote this, i feel below my sternum contracting and feeling Heavy.

If you want people to be open to you, you have to give ~safety~ vibes. If *you* want to be more open, you have to clearly discern safety/danger and understand what level of agency you have If you're a facilitator, you have to increase ppl's personal agency on safety
