@EVostox In my personal opinion, UTK is up to the task, however they are based in KL. In other areas we rely on adhoc teams made from other departments. They are capable too, but maybe kit not as good. But, we are very lucky, that such incidents rarely happen here. Aman dan Damai.

@EVostox Substandard equipment and training is not unusual in our local security industry. I have in the past taken photos of unsafe behaviour of some static guards and sent them to the company management. Only saving grace here is that it’s unlikely there is a round in chamber.
