- delete not needed notes, photos, apps
- check in how long am I going to hit my GW and UGW
- calculate my BMI now, after hitting GW, UGW
- delete things from my AliExpress wish list
- drink an energry drink/diet soda
² if I eat:
- take the least caloric option available/go to a store and pick something low in calories
- add food to my calorie counting app, break the fast on my fasting app
- it would be best if I didn’t eat everything. Give the leftovers to the dog/someone else/save for later
- pretend that I ate more, think of what I could have eaten to be ready to say in case someone asks me

i refuse to believe my oreo chocolate extra calories oreo mega caloric donut literal monster oreo and additional oreo on top donut has any calories at all
³ after I eat:
- take one sweet from my drawer to the kitchen [it’s probably going to be eaten by someone else there]
- burn all calories if it was a sweet/fast food, half or more if it was a healthy meal (the walk from “before I eat” doesn’t count)

•. exercise: lose weight for women at home, lose weight for men at home, home workouts - no equipments, 30 day fitness - home workout, 30 day workout at home
•. trying to purge via vomiting. I realised how harmful it is and just sicked to my old methods. It’s not worth it

The DID part is so wrong??? I don’t know about anything else because I don’t have it, but this part is so wrong. The „100 limit” made me laugh out loud
•. drinking energy drinks. I’ve used to drink around 4 a week, and my health, including my heart, really suffered because of that. Now if I really need it I just grab a coffee, I haven’t drank an energy drink in 4.5 months and feel much better
•. As you can see I didn’t always fulfill the 0 net kcals rule lol. The most important thing for me was to not binge, so if it meant eating a little bit more I would do it
