⒋ schedule indulgence (one whole meal + dessert/snack) for 1-2days, so you look forward to it & fast harder. this way there will be no plateau, eating 2500-3000kcal in those two days. do not eat anything the day after. digest and (yes this is gross) empty ur stomach.

⒎ stay happy, and your metabolism will be better. people imitate skinny people + deliberately eat less, but they fail to see the essence. make urself uncomfortably hungry & reduce your food cravings to skinny levels. most of the time you’re not hungry, but simply want to eat.

⒍ 168cm/77lb: drink water waking up/before all meals, eat protein and lessen carbs, don’t pay attn to weight + pay attn to mentality, warm water for bowel movement, stir fry veggies, no rice. do not eat more AND exercise more, just eat less and exercise doesn’t matter as much.
