Sydney Marathon | 3:04:42 Overestimated myself & underestimated the route & weather. After 27km, cramped creeped in and ended up with run walk. But I had a good support from the crowd and managed to finish the marathon. Thank you for the coke and salt stick strangers 🙏🏻😃

Selalunya aku suggest fartlek simple macam ni. 1min fast / 1min slow jog or walk * 5. Lari pada kelajuan yang anda mampu push dan recover. Ikut effort, abaikan pace.

Acara sabtu lepas. Mungkin awal tu semangat sangat. Should start with 3:20min/km. Untuk acara 5km ke bawah, aku berani la sikit nak overshoot pace ke apa. Sebab lepas gun goes off, memang hanging onto dear life 😂 Tp kalau event more than 5km, aku berdisiplin sikit.
