Overestimated myself & underestimated the route & weather. After 27km, cramped creeped in and ended up with run walk. But I had a good support from the crowd and managed to finish the marathon. Thank you for the coke and salt stick strangers 🙏🏻😃

) ni. Aku request bawak 3:45, dia bawak 3:30. Dia lari pun tak jejak tanah, ko faham2 je laju dia mcm mana. Apa2 pun aku akan training sungguh2 utk keep up dgn atan PGG.
Selalunya aku suggest fartlek simple macam ni.
1min fast / 1min slow jog or walk * 5.
Lari pada kelajuan yang anda mampu push dan recover. Ikut effort, abaikan pace.
Acara sabtu lepas. Mungkin awal tu semangat sangat. Should start with 3:20min/km. Untuk acara 5km ke bawah, aku berani la sikit nak overshoot pace ke apa. Sebab lepas gun goes off, memang hanging onto dear life 😂 Tp kalau event more than 5km, aku berdisiplin sikit.
Personal Best jadi keutamaan setiap runner nak capai.Kenangan manis beb bila dh susah payah commit dengan training. Mari kongsi dengan kami PB anda untuk setiap jarak .
