when i tell you jump-roping is your bff i mean it!! if i ate a snack, jump rope for 5 minutes. if i felt bored, jump rope while listening to a podcast or music. this was really easy for me to do and i found that i could stick to it unlike a workout routine

another reason being why i didn’t go on a specific diet was because i was extremely depressed and did not have interest nor the appetite for eating. i would eat, though, if i was invited to or if my family was eating out. most of the time, the only food i ate were bowls of ice..

4. motivation — having been extremely depressed meant that i was rarely motivated by anything and didn’t feel like doing anything but that also meant i was suicidal! so i was motivated to lose weight by dying LMFAO so i suggest you find something that would really motivate you

anyway, the results i got were having a flat stomach, barely any face fat, very visible ribs&collarbone, a thigh gap & more visible under eyes. “side effects” that i got were things like iron deficiency anemia, vitamin deficiency & a very broken self esteem !
