@shoverwhelmed @oldenoughtosay My thoughts too but the title wording/medium-sized firm makes me waffle and wonder if maybe there was just one support person vs one like... Sr. Admin or something. Cuz I've worked for small companies who barely function with 6 IT people. Medium sized with one guy? Very odd.
