"I don't want to say exactly what it is. If it wasn't 100% healed, I would be forced to stop playing for a long time.”

Lol comparing 90s prizemoney to now...actually if not for Kafelnikov and Lindsey Davenport, who started a discussion on prize money in Tennis at the 2000 Aussie Open, players today would probobly not earn that much.

His best chance was in 2009, the only time he won a major on clay. He then went on to win Wimbledon but lost the final to Delpo at the US Open.
@AnimalPower13
Shows you how unreliable Rafa was for his fans...failing to show up to big events on many occasions and disappointing tennis fans time and time again.
Djokovic on the other hand was always reliable to not only show up but go deep into the draw at most big events...GOAT stuff.

Its the same supervisor that defaulted Rublev in Dubai which was later reversed and Rublev kept his points and earnings
@FredWMeyer_
I'm surprised Rafa didnt enter knowing Djokovic withdrew. He usually plays Canada and skips Cincy when all top players skip Canada and play Cincy.
Jannik Sinner interview with Prakash Amritraj last night in Cincinnati hits different now.
Prakash Amritraj: "You look very serious...You just won this massive title."
Jannik was in no mood to celebrate.

Wertheim's world:
Rottenberg piling on Djokovic while in detention for not taking an experimental drug = not controversial.
Pavvy questioning a player who got to

they could have scheduled Center Court after Tiafoe and get rid of Night Session start time...and just schedule match after match at least for today
Throwback to Rafael Nadal first victory in Davis Cup for Spain on February 8th, 2004 in Brno, Czech Republic beating Radek Stepanek in the deciding rubber 7-6(2), 7-6(4), 6-3
@BastienFachan
How about this... Rafa won Olympics on hard beating Djokovic along the way at a venue Djokovic is 33-1 Djokovic won Olympics on clay beating Rafa along the way at a venue that Rafa is 112-4
@pavyg
He likely put a lot of pressure on Alcaraz privately to prevent Djokovic from getting gold...maybe that's why Alcaraz was so upset to let Rafa/Spain down because he will most certainly get gold down the road...but he really wanted THAT Gold.

@S3m_U3l
Thiem, Med, Tsitsipas and Zverev were much tougher to beat than all those players, trust me I watched it back then you didn't. You only heard about it. 2019-2023 Djokovic would have multiple Grand Slam seasons if you replaced him with Fed and gave him those players as competition
