A braided chain system was proposed for $BTC in 2015 as the way to scale, the community rejected it on the principle of no changes to BTC code. understandable. However, chainweb is the updated version of that system that would have scaled BTC on layer 1, $KDA uses chainweb. 🤔

Layer 2 should be a small cherry on top that maybe helps increase speed/throughput not a total necessity for the base layer to scale. #Kadena scales on the base layer, it doesn’t NEED an L2. $ETH needs L1, 2 AND 3 just to even begin to sort of scale. Come on.

@CryptoA40672341 This is literally the part of every cycle where ppl say alts are dead lol BTC had to double from ATH and hit 40k before alts actually moved across the board. Every cycle during BTC’s breakout from ATH ppl question alts. It will come. 🔄
