Receive call from a flood victim kmp Pasir Semenyih. Said he went to putrajaya to collect forms on house repairs. He was told to go to Pej Daerah. In Pej Daerah, they told him to collect forms from Pej Penghulu. Now Pej Penghulu said they have not received any forms yet!
