I'm back in the office since the birth of my twin girls. Looking back on the last week, time seemingly stood still. One of those life moment(s) that has been extraordinarily beautiful. Uninhibited, liberated happiness. One thing is for sure, I now see the world differently.
Swim lessons Saturday. 🏊♂️ Mae and Marin are doing well so far! Trying to get them used to water early. Btw I’m the one who dressed Mae which is why her swimsuit is all jacked.

To be clear, I'm all about producing great products, services, etc. I'm guilty of overdoing it. But there's a point of diminishing returns of effort of perfecting it.

I tell people it works the same with content. Take a show like GoT = great content, run it on a small TV network in Maine, doesn't matter how great the content is, no one will see it. Distribution wins. "Good enough" content w/GREAT distribution = sweet spot

I also own a company with massive Facebook pages/followings. I've seen first hand inferior products, mediocre content etc. with massive distribution do well. Doesn't matter how perfect your product or content is.
