@DrSteveJacobs @DavidNHackney @ACOGAction 1) It's NOT clear. 2) The "indifferent" approach assumes proponents of such laws behave in good faith. That is NOT the case. Such laws are intended to be end-runs around RvW. 3) I am aware of no legislative precedent mandating the future use of non-existent technology.

@joeweewheel Understanding the concept of chirality for example and what it means for medicines is the means by which you can PROVE the actual medicine from the stuff the pseudo scientists hawk. Notice how the pseudohealers jumped to physics as proof bc we don’t study as much of that.

@MrsPA_C Yikes, it would be helpful to know if the employer has a "default to positive enrollment" if no action is taken. Last year, I did the process but the enrollment system didn't log the action even though I made it to the confirmation page. I got re-enrolled by default.

There are real consequences to mismanaging endometriosis. I met a patient once whose was referred to a gynecologist with known advanced endometriosis. The patient underwent hysterectomy BSO as "menopause will cure it." 1/
