-GROSS YOURSELF OUT one thing that helped me was gathering what i wanted to binge on, counting up all the calories and took that as my grosspo. we all know that 3500 cals is a POUND of fat gained, which means that just 1,750 is half a pound gained.

first off all, - STOP RESTRICTING SO HARSLY diets that involve extreme restrictions on food intake more often than not lead to cravings that cause you to overeat. increasing your intake until you are comfortable is the most rational approach, then gradually decreasing it.

benefits pt 2 whenever you're eating something, obviously u wont be able to do it with ur hands so u will use silverware more often!! there's so many studies out there that show that silverware can make mealtimes more enjoyable! (they can even help with portion control!)
