Cucumber is very frequently used in Korean cuisine. This is our oijangajji (오이장아찌), and it’s listed on our menu under the banchan section as pickled cucumber. We brine it in soy sauce to give it a sweet and sour taste you’ll love that will complement any and every dish.

A delightful dish for this almost 90 degree Sunday. Our Dosirak Salad is the perfect combination of mixed greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mint, berries, goat cheese, watermelon radish, shallots, milk bread croutons, and hallabong vinaigrette.
