Klaviyo hack I've been recently using that's working well: - Put your best performing Facebook ad creatives in your welcome flow for everyone who hasn't converted yet. One of our top ads is a comparison ad against 2pm coffee & we just reiterate the benefits - very good CVRs.

controversial opinion - if you're an ecomm company, don't hire any paid marketing agency until you hit at least $1 million in sales you'll make a lot of mistakes, but you'll be better in the long run if you understand FB Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.

A lot of people sleep on Kachava, but I'd bet $$ that they're doing over $100 million in revenue per year Perfect business model from a DTC standpoint: - High AOV (I'd assume $120+) - Subscription focused - High margins - Low cost to ship - High LTV / replenishable product

Biggest hack to increasing AOV is just offering a high priced bundle. We never offered anything above $89 for the first 9 months of business. We recently introduced a 6 pack bundle for $199 and AOV has increased dramatically

1) Don't add friction to your buying process. - There's a reason why Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Buy Now convert so well. It's because they all aim to reduce the friction in checking out. 2) Constantly test your landing pages to increase revenue per session

Highly would recommend adding tips at checkout to your Shopify store. We customized the language to include where the tip goes to (our warehouse workers) and a good % of people end up donating.
