Tracksuits- why want them back!? Here from an owners perspective and there are several reasons. At my club we set up a form to sign where all players sign that from there first wages we will deduct £50 and they will not only get a tracksuit - they get a training kit, a gillet, a

@sambantick Hi @sambantick hope your well mate. Of course some clubs might operate like this. But it’s all what is in the best needs of the individual. Some players might need the stability - some may have other reasons - it’s all about agreeing things with the individuals to make it work 💪

@GaVzOfficial A deposit should be paid. We give our players approx £200 worth of kit - some may leave within a week - so only fair for the stability of the club. I learned the hard way. One player played a half for us. Got injured. Wasn’t under contract.

@abss1506 100% agree shocking decision. The scary thing is it won’t improve anytime soon. Lack of referees - and let’s be honest it’s not a glamorous job. Something needs to be done - to improve not just the numbers - but the quality as well - otherwise the game we all love will be gone

Seeing a lot of players being released by their clubs and slagging these clubs off. Am sure there are legitimate reasons and am sure sometimes the players are right - but please think that these outbursts may not be appealing for potential new managers. #thinktwice #bebigger
