Management can a brutal and lonely place at times and that interview with OGS showed how much he cared. Very easy to attack people but most wouldn’t last 5 minutes. Management at any level takes over your life .

I remember 2 years ago a former @SWTFootballClub player was struggling and in a dark place . I remember the players inviting him back in to the what’s app group to look after him and he remains to this day. Look after your friends they could be struggling . ❤️

Too many non league players first question is centred around money. Where is the ambition to win trophies ? If the extra five quid on offer elsewhere is that important then quit football and get back to college and re study.

Fair play to @BTFC . Great experience for some of my young players to share a pitch with players like @Mrjamieohara1 and @SamDeering6 . Despite the score line didn’t take the piss and thought first half especially we created some decent chances. Good luck for the season.

Few days have passed since Saturdays play off Defeat for @SWTFootballClub . Failure is not an emotion that I find easy to process but given it’s the clubs highest finish in nearly 20 years I couldn’t be prouder of this group. We gave it everything but came up short on the day.

It saddens me to still see racism in this day and age but it’s everywhere and something has to change .Had it twice in football with @lewis_francis10 and @JulesSP_ both subjected to it . I won’t tolerate it , I despise it and and I won’t ever accept it . Time for change .

No the standard isn’t as good as the men but it’s the pinnacle of the ladies game . It’s been a great watch and will inspire a whole generation of young girls . Most have been doing day jobs until recently . Those young ladies should be very proud . ⚽️
