once Film4 did a talk for 'women in film and television'. A talk from a pretty interesting qualified female panel. One bit of advice was 'get more training.' A woman who will have my eternal respect stood up and said 'we've all got the fucking training, what we need is jobs.'

every now and then there's such an outpouring of love for someone that you realise it must have been more than just talent. in interview seemed Chadwick Boseman, for a Hollywood superstar, had so much humility and grace. precious these days. i guess that makes a true King. RIP
