@richontech At worst, and stock benefits + further months’ severance at best. Health benefits, national pension scheme, etc. needs to be borne by the employee after they’re laid off through national programs. Not knowing Sony’s actual contracts this seems nice but not at all normal.

Also, as mentioned previously, when it comes to menus it literally restricts access to those who have a device. Why do that? Menus were fine.

Won’t assume the race of the dude; but first time in Japan I’ve seen someone in Tokyo completely brazenly ignore the normal train embarkation etiquette. Dude just lined up in the middle of the doors and rushed in before anyone else got on/off. Weird and rude.
