Amazes me in GAA terms especially at club level the amount of teams I see do 20-30 min warmups at high intensity, return to changing rooms for 10 mins re-enter the pitch an go again flat out for 5-10 mins. Old school GAA mentality of the harder the warmup the betr alive in well

I must be in a small minority that doesn’t think The Last Dance shows MJ as a bully or in a negative light. The man was a pure winner. Love his attitude towards winning and pushing his team, teammates, friends and franchise to be the best they can be. Man was a breathtaking.

20 years ago today the Mac Rory Cup Final of 2001, the draw that never got replayed. Was nothing more enjoyable for me than that season of football at school. Fabulous team, but such a brilliant group of lads. The buzz at the time in @omaghcbs was special. Great memories

Not often you question the Dublin management, but to leave cooper on the field when he was struggling and on a yellow was a big call. To leave him on Clifford in them circumstances was even bigger. 4 fouls I counted by him. Red for me all day long
