Most people- including the players- weren't aware Sean Hickey lost his father Bartley Hickey (RIP) the day before the game but wanted to play to make him proud. A testament to Sean as a man & I encourage his @LondainGAA family to rally around in support of Sean & his mother now😔

Right...the penalty for Kerry was correct decision; sending off for Dublin was the most obvious sending off ever; drag back of Stephen O Brien in 2nd half was stone wall penalty! Time to get rid of biased analysts or those with an agenda...we & the game deserve better than that👊

Who would have thought in the snow London Gaelic football team would manage to get access to better facilities to train in than most Irish #GAA teams! The full sized soccer pitch in the indoor Dome in work at QPR FC has certainly come in handy for us this week!👍

In GAA there is absolutely no difference in the rules for a GK & an outfield player The only surprising thing is it took so long for teams to start using the GK outfield more. It’s a potent weapon! I’d have 1 of my full back line doing GK training also👍

So proud of this group of players for what they've done & the work they've put in so far this year. Back in Nov we had only 16 players & trained nearly all season on a rugby pitch. Good people make a good organisation & I'm lucky enough to have the best backroom team in the GAA👍

Wexford, Waterford, London, Wicklow, Tipperary, Carlow, Fermanagh are out of the @officialgaa cship. They're training since Nov, played 7 league & 2 cship games. Thats 9 games in 8 months. There are still people who think the dysfunctional system we have doesnt need change.

Here's an idea- with such quality clearly on show throughout the #GAA Leagues & public appetite to see/hear about the lower division games also, why not run a Division 3/4 League programme just like there's the Premier League & excellent Football League shows? Just a thought🤔

1) Quick thread on a season spent in Div4 & knocked out of C’Ship after 2 games. I am so proud of these @LondainGAA lads & what they achieved this year. We had a turnover of 15 players & trained on Rugby 4G. It made be very proud to see them come within 4pts of Galway in C’Ship😊

My advice to Henry Shefflin would be to stay well clear of the Kilkenny job Not good to follow the Master Continue the great work he’s started at Galway- there’s an All Ireland there for him (2nd best team in Ireland last year) The Kilkenny job will be there for him again 👑

Finally made my debut in Loftus Road at age 35🙄, under Manager Andy Sinton in end of season QPR FC staff game. We won, I scored, Andy was complementary, happy days in the sun in West London...a lot of fun to play in the home of my boyhood club ☺🤘🏽

In the last 2 weeks GAA Provincial Councils spoke about the importance of their competitions & maintaining their finances Here’s something for them to do then… GAA Indoor Air Dome🏟⚽️ Why do only Connacht have this? Why not Leinster, Ulster, Munster or Dublin? Who agrees?🤔

After having an inspiring talk by @bernardjackman a few months back, it was a real pleasure to have Harry Redknapp come visit the @LONDAINGAA team last night in prep for #GAA Championship. Harry stayed for the full session, spoke to the lads & told plenty of top class stories!👍

Dublin v Derry in League Final at Croker is great and all… but GAA people should also take note of the GAA C’ship being launched by a Div 4 team (what I’m sure are a great group of young lads) having to play a relatively decent Div 1 team… and get beaten by 27 points I would
