My mum's been stuck at LRT subang jaya. Most hotels around are fully booked. Can't get food to her as it keeps getting cancelled due to shortage of riders. Any near mosques open so I can get her there?

Setiap tahun gaduh pasal siapa lebih berhak dapat biasiswa tapi jarang disentuh tentang orang yang tak berpeluang ambil biasiswa sebab kena keluarkan duit dahulu untuk dilayankan ke temuduga atau yang memang takkan dapat biasiswa sebab tak lepas medical checkup.

Update: mak dah dapat shelter dan driver (tak ada grab so @inana_douie volunteer) Tapi rasanya masih ramai yang terkandas di stesen. LRT dah tak beroperasi. Driver grab pun tak ada rasanya. Sumber makanan/minuman apatah lagi. Mak saya mungkin dah ok. Tapi ramai lagi ada situ.

Update: We know there's a masjid nearby (possibly walking distance) but we're not sure if it's open. There's others stranded with mum, possibly elderly and kids. She couldn't estimate how much. There's no food stalls nearby the station so no food for her yet.

Regardless of unis, these types of accom only works in the short term and not long term. It doesn't promote independence of disabled students and ignores/skirts around the need for a comprehensive accessibility implementation - from kolej/mahallah to fakulti/kuliyyah and back.

Some attend uni to seek knowledge. Some attend uni to get a good job. @SyedSaddiq is catering on the latter. While firms do need to set up their own training schemes, universities have grown to be somewhat not useful in addressing/solving current real problems.

Many times in a single plantation rather than others which is only once before you have to start the whole process again. On regulations, there are RSPO (world-level) and MSPO (Malaysian) which gives certification for sustainable oil palm plantations. MSPO is stricter. 3/n

Funny how I and other wheelchair users can only access *part* of the library due to the location of its accessible route. "Ada lif kan?" But it's only available during office hours and doesn't cover the PG study anjung for example. OKUs can't use the library at all times ke?

@iium_fm For me, #UIABest sebab budaya ilmu dia. Walaupun legitimate kelab/organisasi selalu buat program, tapi gerakan akar umbi untuk promote perkongsian ilmu di UIA sangat best. Dari falsafah, sejarah, kepada macam-macam perbincangan boleh jumpa.

I know my opinion will not sit well with a lot of Muslims. But we need to open up our minds about why and how people can leave Islam. Step down from our moral high ground. People can be very learned abt Islam and still leave it. Faith is a personal thing. Observe the limit.
