There is an interesting insight here that by showing the conversational dialogue in the SERP, do you distract from ad-clicks in which case things become intriguing, since obv Google doesn't want to reduce revenue. The reality is that you probably just have a PPC on clicking

or 3) You peel off a high-value vertical within SMEs e.g. Teledoc for clinics There are verticals in SME which create enough value that you can justify a costly sales team and a differentiated product.

1) Your product is a utility e.g. Payments if you are not important as Oxygen for an SME's survival then they WILL churn Examples include Square, Sumup etc. you can't just stop taking payments and switching takes too much time for busy owners.
