What do I wish everyone knew about covid? 1. It's not a respiratory illness. It is vascular and damages blood vessels. It can damage every part of the body—brain, heart, kidneys, eyes, teeth, sexual organs. Currently rising variant JN1 has severe diarrhea as a common symptom.

I now run a FB support group for 16,000+ women with this condition, most of whom were also initially ignorant of prolapse.

Why do we need sex ed in elementary schools? When I was 8, I was sexually assaulted by a neighbour. Never told my parents. Did not have the words. It was only until a few years ago that I admitted to myself that it was a sexual assault. Without the words, kids can't report.

Up to 1/2 of all women will experience pelvic organ prolapse and/or incontinence and most have never even heard of prolapse. @glen_mcgregor I understand the temptation to laugh at this but it's not even a little funny. These people truly think they are winning and they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. The longer we wait, the more arrogant and confident they are going to get.

@fuzzymittens "Parents' rights." They think they should have the right to abuse their children freely with no government intervention. When I was around 10 the couple across the street from us beat their toddler to death. My compassion lies with the kids.
