My father played violin in the Academy Awards orchestra for about 50 years. He told me that #Madonna was the most impressive performer at the #OSCAR rehearsals and that she “knew her stuff cold”. Since Dad was quite the critic his words were high honors indeed.

@chimenesuleyman As one who lost a spouse to suicide I wish that people understood the brain is part of the body. There should be no stigma to see help and no stigma to talk about it. Like any illness certain life experiences will exacerbate it and we all need to understand what those are. RIP

@TMZ Sadly too often suicide is the foreseeable result of depression. It’s time the world treats illnesses that affect the brain the same way we treat illnesses of the body. Last time I checked our head is attached to the body. Insurance companies must cover therapy. #mentalhealth
