Okay … today was a good day… I took initial lead for suboccipital craniectomy for a P fossa tumor… I exposed the cranium in about 5mins and prof was really glad Dissected post arch of c1 When I am operating,it feels like I’m high tbh Nothing else but neurosurgery for me

I recently did a myelomeningocele and instead of the regular 5layered closure I did 6layers by tucking two edges of the thoracolumbar fascia one over the other water tight and continuous Felt really good
