US violation of JCPOA simply cedes all leverage to Iran. Its aggressively dumb to violate an agreement the US negotiated. The JCPOA imposes extraordinary inspection on Iran until 2040. Ill also make a bet. The US wont be able to “push back” on Iran in Syria or Iraq, either.

The financing issue with Turkey and the F-35 will take years to resolve. The US knew this when the decision was made to remove Ankara from the program. I don’t see a link to the F-16 LoR

The focus has been on the lack of SEAD + relatively sparse use of OCA/DCA by fighters. Id also add the slow targeting cycle. We can use @planet images to assess BDA on Ukrainian air fields and know that Russians have a very slow targeting cycle.
