Officially finished as a board artist on #Bluey todaayyyy..really bittersweet. This season has been tough for me - but to be able to work next to the most amazing bunch of humans has been a blessing. A period of my life I will never forget. 🐾 …now to sleep 😴

The only personal thing I've been able to 'sneak' into #Bluey - but one that means a lot to me. My grandma's ceramic red cat that I always admired and she gave to me when she passed. She was defs not an angry granny! The sweetest & most caring person I have known 💜

Any episode where I get to draw Bluey's friends is great and one of my favourite episodes so far has been Typewriter. I loved the script / the messages. But most of all I loved getting snickers to hide behind trees and roll down hills. #ilovebeingasausagedog #Bluey #storyboard

Started as a primary teacher. Bailed. Went to study anim @ 21yr. Grad when I was 24. Worked in retail until 27yr when I was super lucky to get a great gig in my hometown. Been 11 years since I grad HS and i've worked full time in animation just under 3 years. ✏️✏️

I think its really important to share anim career struggle stories. Most schools and even online programs don't like centering those stories because it doesn't help them fill class rooms. Getting an animation job out of school at 22 or 23 is not fucking normal.

I've been going through all of my sketches and paintings and scanning them all to make sure I have high quality digital copies. Started from years ago until my most recent stuff and honestly it's been cathartic. It's so easy to forget as an artist how you've progressed 😭

It's so easy to always give in to that vision/snapshot you have that tells you 'you're not good enough yet' its nice to look back compared to now and just appreciate how much work has been put in to be where you're at now. 10/10 would recommend
