in general the bulimic purging always follows an episode of binge eating. therefore i believe people might think that it’s not done to lose but rather control weight. but cmon if i didn’t try to lose there’s such better ways to burn the binged cals lmao

craving things isn’t the problem here. the problem is she just doesn’t make sure to eat a variety of foods. of course u should include ur daily cravings but also pls pls pls for the sake of the child eat some fruits and veggies and carbs that aren’t in processed foods

yess. omg it varies so much for me. some days i don’t crave any and others my breakfast is sweets. that completely fine. (fun fact my dad only eats cake for breakfast and he’s a completely normal weight and has been all his life) enjoy it!

some people just cannot function without breakfast. my dad, brother and i can skip breakfast and lunch and go hiking all day without a problem and my mom needs breakfast but can skip lunch and dinner. it’s funny

u could just pack them into foil and closed boxes and eat one a day or so. that’s what i do cuz i hate throwing away food. and that way u can still enjoy them

body recomp is so weird. like i didnt lose much weight but i look more lean than like a month ago. but my body dysmorphia is telling me that as long as theres no changes on the scale nothing else can range. rationally stupid

a lot probably. but what might help too is wearing less/ no makeup. that just fills up pores and makes everything even worse. also using too many products isnt as good as people might think

yea. also when i have breakfast i usually just get reactive hunger so i keep eating throughout the day. sure mostly fruits and veggies cuz i usually end up craving those but still. (had a whole lettuce once💀 plain)
planned to fast till friday but i cannot stay upright anymore. i’ve overdone it the past month. i’ll go back to intermittent fasting and 1200cal limit for now so i can stay active, do ballet and run and preferably not d!e

i mean i get why she might feel “superior” cuz as a bulimic i get that feeling a lot like: “look at me i can binge on thousands of cals and lose” but cmon BED is literally an ED “Binge- EATING DISORDER”🤦🏼♂️

sure im still miserable and some days my body dysmorphia is really bad but objectively i do know what i look like and what ive achieved already so im way more confident most days

most ed’s r not about only not wanting to be fat. it’s about control and a coping mechanism. people r aware that what they’re doing isn’t healthy and i bet that if everyone could just stop, they would. also fatphobia is not just “i don’t wanna be fat”
my deficit cal limit is 1800. i always struggle to not go over.
now i wanna go for a bit under maintenance which is like 2066. GUESS WHO DOESNT EVEN MANAGE TO REACH 1800 NOW

nope. it’s not enough on a non disordered basis. as a comparison, im 5’4 and i’m very active and i eat around 2600 daily and still end up in a deficit
