Tigers beat Minnetonka 3-2 to advance to the AAAA Championship game at Target Field, Friday at 7 PM. Dohrmann picks up the complete game win, striking out 6 and giving up only 2 hits! Only 1 batter reached base after the first inning!!! Unbelievable!
Tigers beat South 3-0 in the Section 1AAAA Final to advance to state for a chance to defend their state title! Frost only needed 70 pitches to pick up the win! Defense was unbelievable again!
I know our guys really like playing together… but, I think they’ve taken it to a new level = The Buddy System of Baseball… where we are always there for each other and have each other’s back!
Borlik was lights out in relief, as he was all year! He pitched 4.2 innings, giving up 2 hits, 2 BB and striking out 3 giving up 0 runs! He finished the year with… 26.2 innings pitched and a 0.00 ERA- a record that will never be broken! Congrats young man!
Amazing what this team has accomplished! I’m honored to have been able to coach them! They’ve left a legacy for others to emulate… play for each other, play the right way, true pillar guys- teamwork, integrity, perseverance and sportsmanship! Thank you all! Great season fellas!
Tigers are headed back to state after we beat New Prague, 1-0 with another walk-off, this time in the 7th. There were 2 outs when Carlson singled, followed by Larson’s infield single and then this ball put in play by Berreth which eventually scored Carlson from 2B…
Tigers advance to the semi-finals with a win over Mounds View, 1-0! Dahlberg was unbelievable on the mound, picking up his school record, 8th win and lowering his ERA to 0.84! What a performance!
Congratulations to Hunter Frost (Sr, P) for earning All Conference honors! Hunter has a 6-2 record with a 2.432 ERA and 1.385 WHIP with 41 K and 10 BB.
With the 8-5 victory over Rosemount, the Tigers are the South Suburban Conference Champions! Borlik pitched 5 1/3 scoreless innings for the win and Bombardier hit another bomb to make it three games in a row with a home run!

In game 2, Lund pitched a spectacular game for the win, getting the complete game, 4 hit shutout, striking out 4, to help the Tigers beat Mayo 2-0 to earn their way to the section finals on Tuesday. What a performance by Lund!!!

Sr, CF/P, Carter Hendrickson will serve as captain for a second consecutive year! He was all-section as a sophomore and brings an energy and competitiveness like no one else and has already verbally committed to play at Xavier after high school!

Lund throws another complete game shutout to earn his 8th win of the year, tying a school record for wins in a season (Dahlberg, 2021)! He gave up just 2 hits and struck out 5!!!

Tigers win 4-1 vs Shakopee. Hrncir with a two run blast to start the scoring in the first and another RBI double in the third. Berreth with his own home run in the seventh. Ask with a hit and a walk and scored 2 runs.
With the win today, Korey Dahlberg ties the school record for wins in a season... with 7! He ties Andy Bauer and Carson Jones (who won 7 twice). Congratulations Korey!

Two records fell today. Hinnenkamp set the single season doubles record as he picked up his 9 double on the year! And Hinnenkamp and Weed also both set the single season RBI record as they both sit at 21 for the year! Congratulations!
Tigers beat Owatonna 5-2 in the first round of sections behind Hoffman's complete game. He struck out 15 batters and set the single season strikeout record for Farmington. The old one was 72 (Dohrmann, twice) and Hoffman now has 77 on the season! Congratulations Hoffman!!!
Pretty cool! Farmington Baseball shows up as having the most baseball commits in the state with ten seniors, so far, committed to playing in college! Our second most ever behind the 15 in 2022!

Congratulations to Connor Weed (Sr, CF) on his Honorable Mention All Conference honors! He has one of the strongest arms in the area and has 8 outfield assists in 2 years! He currently has the single season RBI record at 25, has scored 18 runs and has 5 triples and 3 doubles!

Congratulations to Owen Schmidt (Jr/P) on his Honorable Mention All Conference honors! Owen is 3-0 with a 0.636 ERA, 0.773 WHIP, has 30 K and 7 BB in 4 starts.
Tigers improve to 6-0, after defeating North 5-1. Dohrmann went the distance, striking out 14, including the first nine men he faced. He had a perfect game going into the seventh before giving up a triple and sac fly. Fun to watch!
This is quite the senior class! It’s great to see where you all will be going to leave your mark next, just as you have with our program. Thank you for all you’ve done. It’s been a pleasure coaching you all! But, we’ve still got a lot of work left to do, first!

Tigers beat Burnsville 10-2 to improve to 2-0 on the season. Frost picks up the win pitching 4 innings, striking out 10 and giving up 2 hits and 1 unearned run! Hrncir went three innings, striking out 7, giving up 3 hits and 1 earned run. Both pitchers were dealing! Fun to watch!
Tigers come back and score 6 in the 5th, and add 1 in the 6th to beat North 8-6. Jakubowsky goes 6 strong innings for the win and Savisik picks up the save!

After having 6 players go on to play in college in each of the last two years, I’m excited to announce that we now have our 7th senior committed to play in college next year... Garrett Meihofer will be playing for Dakota County Technical College. Congratulations, Garrett!
