Coco passed away yesterday. If you’ve ever been through this, if you’ve ever had a special bond with a dog, then I don’t have to explain to you how difficult this is. We loved Coco very much and will miss her forever ❤️

I remember how scared I was at first when I was learning how to ride. Now it’s my favorite thing. Trying something new is always scary, and it doesn’t even have to be dangerous. Don’t let your fear of unknown hold you back from expanding and growing or simply enjoying life.

Daily exercise is a mind/body hygiene that keeps me young at the core and as long as I keep at it, I know I’ll have enough strength and discipline to take on anything! Make this your daily mantra and in a few months you won’t even understand how you ever lived without it!

Soaking in the sun 🌞 Typically I don’t use any sun tan lotion. I use natural oils, and I don’t spend more than 20 minutes on the sun. That’s how I protect my skin while still getting a nice tan and vitamin D. P.S. 👙 are available in my store at

It’s not always good to power through your workout with speed. Sometimes it’s very beneficial to slow down and just cultivate the mind - body connection. Focus on tensing your muscles that are involved in the exercise you’re doing and notice how it feels.
