This is what @Justin_Bons has been trying to say for a year? @ethereum is literally handing the project away to centralised L2’s, and in the meantime people are losing interest, imho it started with the ridiculous gas fees and the degens don’t care about decentralisation 🤷‍♂️ smh

Biggest takeaway from EthCC is that liquidity/tech fragmentation is only one part of the Ethereum puzzle. The other {bigger, more important, and less appreciated} part is social fragmentation. Main event being deserted is a signal.

GM day II at DICE, yesterday I had a a rant at a representative of the EU asking why if they were so keen on TRUST why do the Europeans not get to vote whether they want digital identity? The question went down like a lead balloon and the response was because it’s voluntary 🤬

Just look at the state of Web3 everyone’s gutted the price dipped. Get a grip we’re supposed to be here changing the world and all anyone’s thinking about is how much the token is worth. You got to question are we just wasting our time here or do people want to change the world?
