This is wrong, Odia didn't come from Prakrit. There's no word of Odia that is any Prakrit but Sanskrit. Standard Odia is Arya classical ancient and it's closer to Sanskrit than any other language. Ancient Kalinga Puranas also influenced by Sanskrit scholars and not Prakrit.
