Funny how @FinancialReview wrote an entire article in late 2019 on software glitches $ISX had back in 2013 (in its second year as a startup), but can only find a few paragraphs for the entirety of Australia's cash equities market having crashed, due to $ASX ineptitude. Bias much?

$ISX Appendix 4C was uploaded at 911am. No requirement for $ISX to do a 4C as we have had 4 previous positive quarters, per ASX GN23 s14, and no request from #ASX . $ISX is profitable, with no material disclosure issues, no AMLsanctions by a regulator, yet still suspended by ASX.

$ISX 's damages claim against $ASX increases by $200.7m to over $464.7m - these damages were caused by the suspension itself. Previous damages were caused by the (alleged) false and misleading conduct of the $ASX.

$ISX continues to invent, leading to patentable technology. Whilst SA isn't a near term target, this patent could be material if granted in jurisdictions where gaming & wagering are of greater scale. As a Cypriot PLC, our effective tax rate due to #patents could be as low as 2.5%
