If you're consistent - success is inevitable.
Don't give up too early.
I'm shocked.
We crossed 1800 followers today in under 6 weeks.
Funny thing?
I posted over 4000 times.
But just 3 of these got me 90% of my followers.
Thanks to everyone who supported me on this journey!
200 followers in 2 weeks!
We're picking up more and more momentum.

> 2x posts/day
> 1 giveaway/week
> Daily networking in DMs
> 20-30x engaging with your network
Everyone can do it.
What's stopping you?
Think you f*cked up your whole day?
Look at the clock.
How many hours do you have left?
4h? 2h? 1h?
Hell - only 15 minutes?
This is STILL time you can use to improve at least 1%.
Remember:
The only number that doesn't count is 0.
90% of my followers came through just 2 posts.
Many will say 'luck'.
I say consistent effort over weeks
...that FORCED my 'luck'.
One post can change everything.
One client can get you to $10k/m.
It's all about increasing 'luck' with reps.
How I make money on X in 4 steps:
1. Create content
2. Built a REALLY good offer
3. Sending 70+ cold DMs a day
4. Inbound/warm outreach systems
I'm not a millionaire yet.
But I believe just that can get you pretty far.
If you follow someone just for a follow back...
Then this is the wrong platform for you.
Get the f*ck out of here.
Who seriously thinks this is a valid growth strategy?
Your brain needs time to digest too.
You consume and consume and consume...
But if you never let your brain sit on it...
How are you supposed to create?
More isn't always better.
Business is a miracle.
You can learn more in a single week than in a year of school.
Why do people DON'T want to run a business?
"It's too risky"
You only live once.
Live life at its fullest.
You can hate as much on course gurus as you want.
But the fact remains that they're making millions per month...
And you $0.
Less hating, more learning.
You're better than that.
The community funnel is making brands $10,000,000s each month.
The good thing?
It's pretty simple and everyone can replicate it.
I made a FREE mini guide breaking it down in easy-to-follow steps.
Instead of paying $1000s for a random course:
1. Follow
2. Comment 'FUNNEL' +
There isn't a single millionaire in history who said:
"Nope today it's hot I won't work"
Getting influenced by the weather might be the dumbest excuse ever.
Not everyone is meant to succeed I guess.
Struggling to find a good niche?
Read this:
"The best niche is the one you stick to for 3 years straight."
Mastery is what actually matters.
Never forget.
Dream clients:
> Pay up front
> Aren't offering garbage
> Do their part of the work
Red flag clients:
> Want to do only commission
> Don't put in any own effort
> Faked case studies
You might make some money with the ladder.
But not worth sacrificing your soul for it.
You need 3 types of content:
> Growth content
> 'Fan winning' content
> 'Client building' content
Post these...
And you'll be an authority PRINTING money.
I screwed up many sales calls in the past.
Do I care?
100%
Money left on the table.
But it's unavoidable.
You WILL screw things up.
You WILL lose money.
Don't get too attached to that one prospect.
There are thousands of others waiting to get on a call with you.
Want more attention?
Post entertainment.
Want more fans?
Post personality.
Want more clients?
Post value and case studies.
I CAN'T make it simpler than that.
Want to add a minimum of $7k to your MRR WITHOUT outbound?
Do this:
Build a clear offer.
Get attention.
Nurture with personality.
Sell with case studies and CTAs.
Comment 'CONTENT' + follow and I'll send you the in-depth blueprint for FREE.
The
#1
thing that changed my life?
Content creation.
Going from consumer -> creator.
Of course I still consume.
But FAR less than I create.
If aren't already...
Put yourself out there.
It'll pay off.
Few will understand:
You won't find the best post ideas while scrolling around.
You won't find them through 'engaging'.
You won't find them through reading books.
You WILL find them through talking to PEOPLE.
Real people.
1on1 conversations.
THAT'S the
#1
idea generator.
"Certified degenerate"
"Proud procrastinator"
"Depressed"
You're seen as COOL if you're one of these in 2024.
The 'popular kids' in school.
How f*cked is this?
The community funnel is creating millionaires every month.
Hamza Ahmed makes $500k/m with it.
𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘵.
Here is a Thread on everything you need to know:
Oversaturation IS real.
But NOT if you know HOW to position yourself.
Elon Musk used these principles to make billions in the most ‘saturated’ niche possible.
Here is the blueprint to it:
(You seriously want to bookmark this)
We generated millions of views with short form content.
And converted them into multi 4 figure monthly profits.
The secret?
Content structuring.
Here is the 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝟰-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 so you can dominate with your own brand:
Clickbait is the death sentence for every creator.
You might go viral once or twice...
But in the long run?
Your brand will die.
Build an empire that lasts for decades - not weeks.
I feel guilty.
Last week I didn't launch a giveaway.
Thought I did 'enough'.
F*ck it I have 1900 followers already.
What a retarded thought.
Back to weekly giveaways.
It f*cking hurts to get rejected.
Especially face-to-face.
And especially if you're just starting out.
Harsh truth?
There's no way around it.
Embrace getting rejected.
It takes 100s of no's to get that one yes.
If you DON'T have a content funnel in place…
Then what the hell are you doing?
> Money
> Traffic
> Fans
You're missing out on ALL of these.
Here is how to fix it (2+ high paying clients in 30 days guaranteed):
My co-workers call me crazy.
"Walter you have such a great job why do you want to leave so badly?"
Because I don't want to waste my whole life building someone else's dream.
I want to build my own.
You only live once.
I'm one of the faster growing brands on X.
Almost 2k followers in less than 2 months.
> Engaging only 30x per day
> Zero cheap platitudes
> 2 posts a day
Defying everything the gurus told me to do.
It was the right decision.
Results speak for themselves.
Stop BURNING thousands on weak ads.
And instead learn how to attract your dream customers with organic content only.
Here's everything you need to know to become a ‘money charming’ brand:
(I'd bookmark this)
Hustle culture is dangerous.
You're seen as a bad person if you take a day off to spend time with family.
What are you gonna do with all that money if you're lonely anyways?
Money buys happiness.
But not fulfillment.
Mistake to avoid:
Don't build your community out of 'freebie hunters'.
They won't buy from you.
Instead:
Build a community around actual LEADS.
How?
> Sell more
> Plug more CTAs
> Flex more social proof
Don't just spill all the sauce for nothing.
Call me retarded...
But I'm addicted to defying norms.
Website? No thanks.
10s of appointment setters? No thanks.
Commenting 100x a day? No thanks.
Is it just me?
Content creation is all about repurposing.
99% of things have already been said before.
The problem?
You have to stand out to make it.
The solution?
Build a community around YOU.
AI proof on top.
"Look Iman Gadzhi got exposed!!!"
That guy gets exposed every week.
Same goes for any other guru.
Stop getting distracted by such trivial matters.
Tunnel vision.
Humans are forgettable.
Don't think only because you said one thing once they'll remember it forever.
You aren't THAT important (yet).
Even Alex Hormozi repeats his core message weekly.
So why shouldn't you?
Your goal is to stay in people's minds.
Remind. Remind. Remind.
5 reasons your content FLOPS:
> Bad hook
> Wrong target
> No 'smoothness'
> No clear brand image
> You're not entertaining
Can't think of anything else.
What would you add?
$15k/m is my big goal for this year.
But is it my NEXT goal?
Hell no.
My next goal is to close that one prospect.
My next goal is to hit cardio.
My next goal is to write out that giveaway.
Set big goals.
But never forget to break them down into smaller ones too.
If you target everyone - you target no one.
The rule of ONE applies to every form of content.
Guys like Elon who pay for us to go to Mars can be broad.
You can't.
Pinpoint your target.
If your target audience are women.
Use DRAMA.
There is nothing that grabs the attention better of a female than drama.
Team X vs Team Y.
Women simply don't think rationally.
Get them on an emotional rollercoaster to convert.
If the video isn't longer than 15 minutes I'm NOT watching it.
But I'm an abnormal case.
99% don't watch a video if it's over 30 seconds these days.
Sad.
But what can you do?
It took Hamza 5 years until he could successfully target the 1% consumers.
Impossible on day one.
There is nothing more important than being coachable.
Willingness to learn is fundamental to succeed.
Put your head down.
Ask for help.
And learn from those better than you.
You simply can't figure it all out on your own.
Slow people boil my blood.
One week to figure out a name for their agency...
A MONTH to launch a lead magnet...
Never starting outreach expecting inbounds at 127 followers...
You have to ATTACK.
Immense progress in matter of weeks
...or you're playing it wrong.
Everyone talks about 'what's more important'...
The offer?
Your copy?
Lead gen?
Simply put:
EVERYTHING
Don't think only because you did one thing good you can chill out.
You want to maximize every single component of your business.
Excellence.
I turned down a client recently.
I could've closed him for a sweet paycheck.
BUT I instantly saw it's a headache not worth the money.
Never be desperate for 'invoice gratification'.
Think a step further.
What does it actually mean to close the client?
An irresistible offer is NOT enough.
It's useless.
If no one understands it.
Make it so clear what you do and what they get even 7yo understand it.
My DMs are stacked with 'irresistible offers'.
But I never bought.
Because I have no clue what they're talking about.
I often get asked:
"Walter how much should I post of xyz type of content?"
It depends.
If you're just starting out then you should be posting MORE growth.
But if you already have the audience focus on AUTHORITY.
Figure out what you need and want the most.
Then act on it.
I've been traveling a lot recently.
But I still managed to:
> Hit push ups
> Launch a giveaway
> Post and engage daily
> Keep the business running
If you want it enough - you can always make time.
Always make it look simple.
It has to be SO simple the consumer can understand it first try.
Because if they have to read or watch twice...
You lost a customer.
Simple sells.
I used to hate cold outreach.
Until I actually tried doing it the RIGHT way.
And it works.
Sometimes you need to do the boring work to level up.
Outbound + Inbound = Maximized profits
Thinking 'Value' is enough is delusional.
ChatGPT can be valuable.
And you stand no chance in a 1v1 against AI.
Instead?
Be valuable.
But also:
> Share stories
> Flex proof
> Entertain
Now YOU are lapping AI.
My growth has been slower the past week.
And it's intentional.
My focus isn't purely growth anymore.
I want to nurture and ACTUALLY become an authority figure.
Alter that - I go hard on growth again to repeat the cycle.
That's how you build a MONEY worthy brand.
Why is it so rare to spend money to solve a problem?
Guys are sitting in a room brainstorming for hours with a whiteboard.
But ever thought about buying a course?
Hiring a mentor?
Joining a mastermind?
There's nothing more powerful than to buy into someone's mind.
Lamborghini never did TV ads.
Why?
Because their target audience isn't watching f*cking TV.
So where's your target audience at?
What do they want?
What do they FEEL?
Figure it out and position yourself correctly.
Otherwise not even a 10/10 product will save you.
If you want attention fast...
Then borrow the authority of a top player whose audience you'd like to have.
It's not 'cheap'.
It's HOW the game works.
It's the case in any industry you look in...
Your loss if you don't make use of it.
Consistent brand image is KEY.
Ferrari wouldn't be Ferrari if they rebranded every year.
They stuck to the same brand image for DECADES.
That's what gives them the 'class' now.
That's what makes them BILLIONS.
Same goes for any other giant.
Stop rebranding every 2 weeks.
Imagine this...
Person A: 33 follower NFT pfp brand and sending 200 DMs a day.
Person B: Optimized 1k follower personal brand sending 50.
Who'd you think will get better results?
It's not only about volume anymore.
To become great you need time and work.
That's why most quit.
They buy that course and expect IMMEDIATE results.
You can't build wealth fast.
At least nothing sustainable.
Just look at the biggest brands.
It took them decades to achieve their success.
The
#1
reason people don't buy from you is lack of trust.
You can already do a lot with social proof.
But the BEST way to build trust is through yourself.
> Be relatable
> Don't be weird
> Always stay humble
The best testimonials in the world are useless if you're a moron.
Scarcity = Higher status
And the higher your status the more money you make.
Make your brand 'scarce'.
Everything:
> Offer
> Content
> Network
Sounds shady.
But this is HOW people acknowledge you.
Always have a doc to:
1. Collect ideas
2. Save content that performed well
So whenever you're trying to post something
...but can't figure out WHAT.
Then you have a whole content library you can rely on.
Everyone has a 'sales guard' these days.
They love to buy but hate to be sold to.
How to overcome that 'sales guard'?
Tell stories.
Works every single time.
Community building is the
#1
business in 2024.
BY FAR
Especially since skool became a thing.
The best part?
It's still new.
I'll be at $15k/m with my content agency in no time.
You really want to miss out again?
100 followers in under a week is solid.
Everyone's saying 0 -> 100 is the hardest 'growth part' here on X.
Not for me.
Let's celebrate the triple digits G's.
I'm cooking an in-depth guide on how we add $7k to our client's MRR.
This will be huge.
You want to stick around tomorrow if:
- You want to land clients on inbound
- You're struggling to become an authority
- You want to EXPLODE your community
Stay tuned.
Business is like a plant.
You plant the seed once.
But you can't allow yourself to stop nurturing it CONSISTENTLY.
Once you start slacking your 'plant' will die out.
Never ever slow down.
MOTION
Habits every creator should implement:
> Touching grass
> Intentional scrolling
> Reading newsletters daily
> Binge writing without overthinking
Can't think of anything else.
What would you add?
Your service business is like a bank.
The client lends you his money.
You don't get paid 'upfront'.
You only get actually paid once you deliver the results.
Getting the client onboarded is just a fraction of it all.
Never forget this.
Overdeliver.
There are endless ways to do business.
Some rely heavily on outreach.
Some focus on inbound and referral marketing.
Others try to do it all at once.
But the formula that counts for EVERYTHING:
Great offer + Volume = Thriving business
Or in other words:
Quality AND quantity
Business has changed a lot.
It's less formal now.
It doesn't even matter if your grammar is 100% correct.
The world has become more fast paced.
And that's why being able to ENTERTAIN is a must.
Because if you bore them...
They simply click off.
I'll never get guys who promise 'leads'.
"30 leads in a month buy now!"
Leads are easy to get.
But are they QUALIFIED?
Do they NEED your service?
Are you turning them into CLIENTS?
That's what matters.
Generating leads only doesn't mean shit.
