Yesterday morning, after 9 hours of counting, I was elected as the MP for Derbyshire Dales. I wanted to thank all of the thousands of people that came out to vote for me. It is truly humbling. There is so much to do, but tomorrow, I will go to London to start representing you.

Thatโ€™s putting a very positive spin on simply having a larger market place. At least thereโ€™ll be plenty of room for more light up Christmas presents! What they should be doing is rebuilding a performance venue on the site, but that would mean admitting that they got it wrong.
