Her name is Taghreed. I was honored to be displaced with her in Gaza. the first days when she was not able to stop crying she told me how this is painful as it reminds her of 1948 and she is again a refugee. we cried a lot. luckily she is in Egypt now but she misses her home.

It’s cold. Electricity hardly reach to our homes for 3 or 4 hours. Plus, cooking gas which many of us use for heating is not available. Waiting on a queue for a week to refil our almost consumed ga cylinders. Taking a shower is a milestone requires so much coordination 🥴 #gaza
