@PhilRichards01 @ScottIsADud @jamesaknight UK racing beats itself up about anything and everything. Must be unique in that sense. "We" find something to moan about 356 days a year. And then, when Cheltenham (4) and Royal Ascot (5) are on, we say "We have the best racing in the 🌎". Seriously, you couldn't make it up.

Results are less important than Dysart Dynamo getting up after being winded. A race may matter more if you've money on it but it matters more that they come back sound.

@JohnJHarwood @EAKoyle We in Europe still can't understand how 40% could possibly approve of Trump's desperate tweets and lies. It really does not reflect well on the US, just as Boris Johnson's antics in and out of bed, in and out of office and his lies don't reflect well on the UK.

UK trainers boycott the Irish National worth £500,000. Yes, the very same guys - Daly, Newland and Co- who cant cope with the Irish running in England 😢. I have no sympathy whatsoever. If anything needs changing its the attitude of UK trainers.

What an afternoon for those of us who are emotional. Tears of sorrow for Kachy, and then poised for more with Cyrname falling, only for them to be tears of joy when he proved to be winded rather than fatally injured. Shouldn't be crying at my age but I do so love horses.

Fancy working from home. €316,000 / 7 bedrooms. Cheaper than a 1-bed flat in Clapham!
