@baunov There's another side to this coin: If Ukraine is seen as attacking targets in RU (even if it really is UA), attacking Russia proper will then be no different. So if UA can shell a "Russian" Donetsk, why not Belgorod too? Expanding the borders can become an on-ramp to Russia.

They also sent troops to Iraq when many NATO allies didn't. Now the GOP is too cheap to return the favor? What does that make them?

@phildstewart Even if NATO did nothing, Ukraine will still win. One nuke won't be enough. Russia would need to drop a lot of them to make a serious difference and NATO and the rest of the planet aren't likely to stand for the amount of nukes russia would need to use.
