Effectively you are borrowing money to invest which isn’t a particularly prudent thing to do. Hence to summarize, keep repaying your home loan to the maximum extent possible setting aside 3/5 year of money for financial goals and an emergency corpus.

@deepakshenoy Issue in VC/PE funds today is that the math is against the investor due to the fee ( 2/20 structure i.e. 2% management fee and 20% profit share) + inefficient taxation - with all this the difference between the pre and post tax return can be huge @deepakshenoy @Iamsamirarora
