@feydemon This is one of those “Damned if you do , damned if you don’t” situations like everything else on the internet/life. Had they not done this, there would be complaints about “game has no direction” etc. You can’t please everyone. Plus this is good game design. Seems balance.

I tried using #LOD to optimize but my project is already low poly. So chunks of the surface vertices started disappearing lol. I make up the optimization by combining meshes. It’s incredible how much that helps. #gameDev | #SoloDev | #IndieGameDev | #indieDev | #Indiegame |
